  • Information received from our clients on applications, tax preparation worksheets, organizers and supporting schedules we use in preparing our clients tax returns and other forms.

  • Information received from our clients and others about their transactions with others and us.

In addition, in the interest of facilitating our services to our clients and/or our clients companies, we may communicate through our web page, by facsimile transmission or by sending electronic mail over the internet.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to any third parties, except as expressly permitted in writing by our clients or as required by law.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal and account information about our clients to those of our employees or contractors who need to know that information to provide products or services to our clients.

We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard our clients nonpublic personal information.  We employ measures in the use of facsimile machines and computer technology designed to maintain data security, and will use our best efforts to keep such communications secure in accordance with our obligations under applicable laws and professional standards.  Communications and information transmitted via secure access through our web site  are guaranteed to be secure, and we only send confidential information via the web site!  If our clients choose to use other means of electronic communication, such as sending files as email attachments, they recognize and accept that we have no control over the unauthorized interception of these communications once they have been sent.

As a company, we appreciate the opportunity of serving our clients, and respect the trust and confidence they have placed in us.  As one of our employees or contractors, you are obligated to respect and operate under the terms of this privacy policy.  Failure to do so will be grounds for disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination of employment.
